Our clients are delighted with the simplicity of use of the Demat'Box, its small footprint but also with the ability to receive directly on their box the duplicate of the documents that are sent to us thanks to the dual flow.

We decided to first deploy Demat'Box on an experimental basis within the firm. Given the success encountered, both among employees and clients, we decided to deploy the tool massively. Coupled and perfectly integrated with our firm's production tool (OCR, GED, LAD, accounting entries), we have gained in comfort and efficiency during the review of files and during the annual restitution of accounts. The search by indexing is also a very effective and practical tool for responding to client requests for documents.

We no longer manage client archives since the implementation of Demat'Box.
