The digitization of paper documents

The Demat’Box® is installed at your customers’ premises and allows them to send their accounting documents directly to your accounting software. Thanks to the receipt of acknowledgement on the Demat’Box®, your customers know instantly that their documents have arrived at their destination.

They do not have access to the scanning settings. This guarantees you a quality of scanning and a homogeneity for all your customers.

All you need to get started with Demat'Box® is a power outlet and an internet connection.

Your clients choose the type of document to digitize.

They press the "Send" button.

Demat'Box® lets them know when the document has been received at your office. All exchanges are fully secure.

Digitization at your fingertips

In addition to the Demat’Box®, the Demat’Go® application allows your customers to digitize their accounting documents when they are on the go by simply taking a picture of them. Their smartphone or tablet becomes a nomadic Demat’Box®.

Your clients can either take a photo of the room they want to send or choose one from their photo gallery.

Demat'Go will notify them when the document has been sent to your firm. All exchanges are fully secure.

Thanks to Connect’Access (the virtual Demat’Box®), Demat’Go® is also available to your customers who are not equipped with a Demat’Box®.

The collection of digitally born documents

Demat’Collect web allows you to automatically retrieve your customers’ invoices from their supplier portals. Once set up, you and your customers no longer have to do anything. As soon as an invoice is available in the customer portal, it will be automatically sent to your accounting software.

Demat’Collect mail also allows you to receive directly in your accounting software the invoices that your customers receive by email. To do this, they can either communicate the dedicated email address to their suppliers or they will have to forward the received email to this same email address.

Thanks to Connect’Access (the virtual Demat’Box®), Demat’Collect® is also available for your customers who are not equipped with Demat’Box®.
